School-based curriculum will be developed from educational principals of the Western and Eastern cultures. We believe in whole child development and our activities cater for children’s interests and needs. Interesting themes form the backbone of our teaching contents conducted through investigations in both English and Chinese; grounding our children in 3 languages and 2 literacies.
Teachers design environment and provide appropriate equipment to guide children in observation, asking questions and solving problems to learn.
Teachers provide opportunities for small groups of children to engage in in-depth investigation in topics of mutual interests.
On-going assessment through portfolio, checklist and observation will be used to document the process of children’s learning and development. Formal parents conference will be held twice a year where teachers discuss with parents on students’ assessment.
